Scope of the Work :	Equipment Erection and Installation of LPG Import Terminal and Bottling Plant Project. Generality: Erection of new LPG storage and distribution facility including LPG storage, LPG cylinder filling Centre and LPG truck loading bay in Mongla. a) Two (02 Nos.) spherical LPG storage tanks (capacity 3000 m3each). b) LPG tank truck loading bays. c) LPG cylinder filling Centre. d) LPG pumping facilities. e) LPG piping system. f) LPG water pumping and distribution system. g) Compressed air production and distribution. h) Electrical network. i) Various utility and support facilities. j) Commissioning of the whole project. Spherical Tank Storage: The LPG storage is composed of Two (02 Nos.) spherical tanks each containing a geometric volume of 3000 m3. The erection works of spherical storages are: a) Fire proofing of legs. b) Mounting of firefighting network on the sphere. c) Under pressure testing. d) Erection, Welding 100% Radiography test (RDT). e) Emptying sphere. f) Sand blasting and painting.
